what does that mean? has all gear been nerfed or just the dark one set? is that whole build not reliable anymore?

This build is with just faction gear and without Dark One set. Outdated, that’s the specific build, is older version, not the set itself.

You can check the end game build here. It’s more up to date, you can still use the leveling tips, faction gear, etc advices before you can transition to it.
