Jaxxon is superb ring,but you need fast AS to proc it often,also I lack conversion.Creeping ring is BiS,I decide to keep it clean,without MI items.Medal I chose it because I wanted more OA.Also mod for Censure.Again is good that your build was posted,way better than mine.
huh? It’s a wps that will proc at 12% rate per ring. With base 60% chance of inquisitor WPS u’re simply adding that 24% chance on top of it for 84% wps chance. I dont really get the need for attack speed part to be honest. Each single proc of jaxxon gives more retal damage added to attack than both chilling rounds + bursting round added together.
I tested Jaxxon’s ring,each projectile of it skill contain the whole retal damage ,so it does increase a large mount of damage(4xretal) while wearing.

I only wear one ring because I need to ensure my resistance over maximum.
And I am doing SR91 now(not boss phase),but feel as hard as doing SR101 with my cold Infiltrator.
Yep,I cleared all the ranged skill of Inquisitor and only wore Jaxxon,so I could see clearly when its skill hit the dummy.

I just want to see the limit of this ranged build(its damage is still strong in SR91,but its defense is like a glass).
And I think most builds are able to pass SR90 if you play them with patience, but it’s quite a boring process:(.
