Amulet can be changed to (non mythical) Avenger of Cairn - it will give a lot of damage. (Craft it from celestial blacksmith to get 3-8% health regen bonus).
Conduit gives more surviving but sometimes this build is a lack of damage because retaliation damage does no damage to non melee monsters.
