It is an arrow of chaos and a shield throw. These skills have too much cd time, so the set gives another 1sec cd per throw, instead of shortening it. Therefore, this minus gives a long time stripping 150-170, since there are many mobs and bosses there. I hope Mr. Z will give on this set a reduction in the reloading of the throw of the shield and the arrow of chaos, at least by -1s. But it must be admitted that it cleans steadily and very easily 150-170, in more detail on the vidos below.

Highly agree with @AlexGoldFish_322 about his suggestions.
In comparison with Virtue set and its Aegis of Menhir Voidsoul is the loser although it has twice as more flat damage on a throw.
And if we increase cooldown, we should also increase skill damage.
So, the suggestion is either decrease cooldown of Aegis and DB by 1-1,5 src on the set, or increase drastically its damage so the long cooldown will be justified.
