Two questions:

  1. Why the double Seals of Destruction? Wouldn’t Enchanted Flint be better?

  2. Why EoR on Revenant? EoR is the best proccer in the game. I’d absolutely bind it to either Witchfire or Fissure. Skeletons can proc off anything.
