so, you’re hypothesizing that fire/ice/lightning damage gets converted before ele damage?
Then why wouldn’t it increase before as well? Like why would the vit damage magically go up when your conversion total hits 100%?

Just look at those dmg values! The belt gives us absolutely nothing, here! Dmg is even a tiny bit lower due to stat variance I guess…
So that might mean that Crate either has not addressed the feature OR they have fixed it second in the order. Maybe someone will eventually check this on other equipments.

What a crazy/maddening ride…
If single is first, then 50%? Pot takes away 50% flat. Whereas, without Pot you have 50% +50% ele.= 75% flat. Enough flat to compromise the %vit bonus from Pot.

RE: bug report, I don’t know if it warrants a bug report, but it certainly warrants a thread in gameplay discussion. People should know that single ele damage conversion occurs first, and not the traditionally (and falsely) held belief that ele damage conversion occurs first.
EDIT: So it seems that with the change in belt, PoT3 may beat out HoS after all.

Seems to me that most of your damage comes from RE. Trading 1 oblivion cast (every 5 seconds) for BH to get +75% vit damage + 90 flat vit damage to your procs might be a justifiable trade.
EDIT: Healing effects also benefit potions btw. It’s awesome.

Crit dmg is kind of low, though at ~40%…
IMO, your OA should be high enough with ascension and buffs. Doesn’t seem to me like heart of wrath is going to do much for you. I would even go so far as to drop it entirely out of the skill circulation to make room for BH.
