This still viable in 1.1.9.5?
It dropped so hard, this glassy build was top tier by using SS CDR spam abuse (+20% CDR bonus from Crucible blessing), however nerf after nerf sent it to bottom, to measure I think it lost 40%-50% its peak power. A mediocre one now, still works well for MC only.
Why do they keep nerfing fun builds? New builds seem so scarce these days, almost everything i find or build is already outdated
Crucible driving the meta. Top CR runners with impossible times get builds nerfed. It kinda sucks because the average player will never achieve these times anyways.

Thanks for saving me time, im gonna stop farming rings of anubar now, i spent probably 300 hours trying to build this char, f this.
Then you’ll probably have a lot of the other rings by now for other chars! 
That’s not exactly true. That mutator is 8% not 20% cdr so it’s only -0.1s to SS. Makes a difference but not a game changer.
That’s also not right. Morgo 2xLox infiltrator (or reaper) is still relatively best pure SS concept. SS got nerfed hard over the years but it’s far from unviable.
Anubar got nerfed but if it fits your setup it’s not a bad item.
