Poison gavel will technically drop but it will be really difficult as affixes were adjusted to have a higher chance of rolling to be beneficial to the innate attributes of the item, so it makes sense you’ve only seen fire affixes. The gavel in the grimtools has a rare prefix and suffix so the chances of getting that particular combination are extremely, EXTREMELY low.
How does this amulet add another Blade Spirit? Don’t see any affixes with +1 summon, and to add another one skill has to go up to 26/16, which isn’t the case. Don’t have it yet, so can’t test myself
Back in 1.1.5.2 this would add another Blade Spirit. Without item skill modifiers, you max out at three Blade Spirits with 24/16 points in Blade Spirit in the current patch.
Was removed from that item in a later patch.
