1.1.6.2 No monster totems in game

I downloaded Grim Dawn on my new SSD after not playing for quite a while.
Got my data from cloud save, and turned it off to install Grim Internals, and continued playing from then.
35 hours into the game, and i have not seen a single Monster Totem, and spent the past 2 hours checking their spawnpoints in hopes of seeing one.
I have AoM and no other DLC.

I believe you need both Aom and FG to get totems

I got people in discord saying they got monster totems without FG, and the patch says nothing about it being required aswell.

Sounds unlikely. Forgotten Gods is required.

Maybe they meant Monster Totems appear in acts 1 to 6, too, and are not limited to act 7.
