  1. This is basically a jank build I cobbled together that somehow works.

  2. Soldier and Oathkeeper are perfect skill point dumps for not having a real attack skill. Getting a nice OA/DA boost from all the procs is a bonus

  3. Craft for physique. Get enough physique to wear your armor (put points into Veterancy as necessary), and enough spirit to wear the off-hand. Dump the rest into cunning.

  4. Energy is not really an issue with converted Scales as long as you fight in density.

  5. You can almost reach max cast speed when Battlecry triggers.

  6. Just press Judgement and Ascension whenever it’s off cooldown.

add: you can probably swap out Hammerfall Powder for Arcanum Dust to make the energy regen a bit smoother.

I’ve done 5 runs at 65-66 with no issues. Clear times are surprisingly good. Haven’t tried higher shards or Crucible with it though.
