Did the last patches change anything here? Is it still viable?
- you can search for the latest patch note to see anything change with these gears/ skills/ devos of the build. afaik nothing change.
- what is “viable”?
I guess performs as it used to. There has been some changes not only to gear skills and devos but also monsters and SR etc
