The double green items in the original build link aren’t realistic anyway outside of gdstash. And the build doesn’t really need more damage, but survivability. It would probably be hard to replace a medal that essentially grants 15% dodge/deflect through fumble and impaired aim as grey-maybe has stated in previous posts. You can test it out for yourself ingame.
