World Eater farming is a nightmare for me.

When leveling a build I generally spam BoC to get to 100 fast.
around 1 12 runs from lvl 80 gets me close.
Funnily enough he often spawns with the Epic version of the weapon and sometimes with the Legendary version.
You rarely find the exact thing you are looking for 
You do on the other hand get a crapload of legendaries on the way to sharz at least
