Definitely needs thorough retesting after losing 50% Ele → Pierce conversion and other nerfs.
I’d grab Bladetwister Signet to compensate somewhat.
Actually I think 1 was optimal even before the nerfs (as having 2 doesn’t increase the maximum number of eyes but the speed you gain them) for Pierce res debuff and slightly more conversion. Now even two of these rings might be worth it to push Elemental conversion further.
