I just threw on the new Conduit of Arcane Whispers cold devastation modifier on an existing char (not solely built around devastation), with the skill at 20/16 overcap. I just wanted to see what I could make it look like, and give it a quick spin to see if it could become quite powerful. So, this is where I’m likely to focus my efforts for the next build 
I’m loving the new conduits!! I’m looking forward to making a bleed Aegis spammer, and I love the look of the new Chaos Trozan’s, too!
