Definitely need Sigil to support Doom Bolt like this [1.1.7.1] [Pyromancer] Ruinous Apostle with items such as Bloodsworn Scepter, Vampiric Bonewall, Abaddoth’s Sermons. Mentioned Bloodsworn Repeater is some option too.

melee Obsidian Defender with Aegis but I’m not sure how good this would be as I don’t usually play these kind of builds
