I think res looks ok on that version. Uses 2nd node torch too.

But maybe just get medal with resist prefix and of readness suffix?

Update

Added hound for more armor. used Demonic bone spike of sanctification instead arcanist bone spike of the void. Build has more damage and it is tankier now with more armor.
