{1.1.9.8] SR Nemesis indicator unreliability

Incidentally ran into another example of the Nemesis indicator in SR just popping up when it’s too late.

Watch the second Kubacabra icon in the east just appear out of nowhere.

This has been happening on a lot of SR maps (Tomb of Barthollem one springs to mind) for a very long time and it’s quite infuriating. The whole point of the indicator is to enable us to plan our route through the map. Can’t do that when the indicator only pops up when the Nem is already aggroed.
