since i have known multiple wind devil’s damage hitting one target doesn’t stack 6 skill points went to storm totem.

Nice HC build.
Have you thought about shifting points out of the first node in Wind Devil since their damage does not stack and instead putting it into something like Safeguard for more flat damage, percent damage and armor?
In any event your build clearly does the job!

ye, it’s quite debatable wind devils, safeguard or storm totem, i am not sure what’s best, they are all too similar to check it. but wind devils give crazy impaired aim that’s why i choose them
