Well, you’ll only have 2, maybe 3, devotion points so not really factoring in at that point. But you could start by putting a point into the blue in Crossroads and then start on Imp.

Would it be bad to skip elite difficulty and go straight to Ultimate?

Sure you can skip elite. But since we have to facetank almost everything, it can be a lot dangerous, if you’re playing HC.
if i skip will that affect the exp i get for the factions? Which factions are really important for this build besides the malmouth camp at the end of the expansion?

Well, the only thing that boosts your reputation gain with the factions are writs and mandates that you buy from them, don’t matter the difficulty that you’re playing.
I remembering being friends with order of death’s vigil (for obvious reasons 
), outcast and barrolholm.

I want to know how many dps do you have?I have 210k dps, but I find it difficult to farm in SR35

Yep, RNG can be very very stressful 
I can’t remember now about the DPS and i had some trouble with my PC lately so i can’t access my save files, gonna send you some correct info after i fix all this mess
Thanks, your build has helped me a lot.
Now i want to know how to how to improve my dps,my CS has reached the 200% limit and now has 210k dps,dph 48k-67k. I have tried replace the harbinger of souls with reckless power, it give me 30k more dps but 15% less life leech, this makes me unable to defeat the boss in SR35.

Have you tried to use the Transmute system that is in the game?
“The transmutation chamber is used to turn powerful items that belong to a set into other parts of the same set or new set pieces entirely.”
Btw, It’s really easy to get a Krieg’s set piece on Ultimate difficult rather than Elite or Normal.

I’ll tell the truth, the beggining is slow and boring, after you max out the Harbinger of Souls and drop a good 2H weapon the game becomes more enjoyable and fun. Right now I’m transitioning to Elite difficult at level 57, I hope I can reach the Ultimate and complete some HC achievements.
Tyvm for sharing your build and I hope you keep updating It If you find new things to add.

Welcome to the forum. 
That set, like some others in the game, can’t be transmuted because you can target farm it.

I tried using reckless power also, but the loss of lifesteal was too much. I think you really need a minimum of 25% lifesteal, but 30% is better.
I tweaked this build as best I could to get as much from it possible. I got the dps up to 248k with 22k HP and overcapped resists. Feel free to look at it if you want to get any ideas:
