I’m playing my passive character which relies on being hit atm to do damage.
I’m in the dermap… big insect dudes nest and all their glowing overhead power attacks miss me while the DA tooltip says they have 88% hit chance. Doesn’t matter where I stand.
Edit: Grubs are also incapable of hitting
