I haven’t seen any builds use that crossbow since @sir_spanksalot did it 5 years ago. His build was lost to the winds of time when the forum was hacked right after he posted it and we lost a few days with a forum revert. Thankfully I had his post open in a tab and was able to save it. 
I agree though that the weapon could use a buff like in your other post.
