And it can still run SR35, though it does have some issues with some bosses, others it can facetank no problem.

So can quite a few builds. Your gear could be better tho, that’s for sure.
EDIT: I think sure way to see if PRM is borked or not is to look at its single target damage. To farm fast in SR with it you still need to group up bosses, otherwise you would be slower than average top build.

if we look purely at the WD part of Slathsarr versus the Aether dmg part on Shadow Queen, Id say Slathsarr is more forgiving then due to extra sustain vs the damage?

There was a thread somewhere here that explained why wd to PRM is semi-useless. And even if it wasn’t 30% is really not that much. You get more leech via higher flat bonus on Shadow Queen and high OA it offers (you crit more often with a super crit skill that is Aether PRM and thus leech more). Slathzar medal is just all around worse.
