Latest Passivist build, 0.2s cd Counter Strike based Warder. My HC runs started with meme warder, and apparently they now end with it.
Build is not totally done yet (still 1 piece of Dawnbreaker missing), but I will attempt the new Ascendant Mode with this one when it comes out. Build Diary will be added later.

I have been theorycrafting low cd Counter Strike for a while (see also my Immor(t)al Porcupine build). Apparently this concept is also no. 1 in the Top 20 Softcore builds, but this is actually pure coincidence. At least it goes to show that the concept has a lot of potential
