I got stuck in this map of the Shattered Realm (Tomb of Nephos from the campaign) after using Displacement from south-west to north-east. No way to get out.
At this point I have to ask: are you actively searching for these spots? Do other players get stuck just as often? Is there something in your way of playing that increases the odds? Is your game cursed?

Nah, I’ve been finding them all by accident. I just play a lot of SR (no way to portal out) and I use the Displacement Rune = teleport a lot (my favorite movement skill), which increases the odds of these things happening. I’m sure these happen to other players as well, but not everyone reports them.
That being said, with all the recent fixes, I feel like I’m getting stuck less and less often
