[1.2.1.5] blocked from casting doom bolt in spined cove

this is an area in spined cove where i couldn’t aim doom bolt (at enemies or with shift at the ground). sigil of consumption on the other hand could be placed just fine.

I had the exact same problem at the exact same spot with DB just yesterday. I just couldn’t manage to reproduce it to get the right camera angle for the screenshot. Thank you very much for posting it.
