[1.2] SR: Shattered Guardian's Domain map glitch (stuck after teleport rune)

I got stuck in the Shattered Guardian’s Domain (a common boss room in SR) after using a Displacement Rune. I’m not sure to which map part does this correspond in the campaign. The only way to get out was to restart the game.
