[1.3.0.5] Bloodlust Reaver (no ascended affixes, sr 36+, Calla, Dread, Bobr)

Hi All,

Reaver (Nightblade+Berserker) with 4.5k+ armor, 4.5k+ AO, +100% crit dmg, 225%+ attack speed and with no ascended affixes.

Looks like it should be mainstream melee in current patch, but I didn’t see thread with this build here or anywhere.

Сoncept:

  • Pierce + Bleed damage
  • Pure animations without tons of blue\green\yellow\purple triggered particles
  • Real rogue-style gameplay and look
  • Maximized critical chance and damage
  • Good HP (20k+), armor (~5k under all potions) and resistances (86% under Aurora)
  • No OP ascended affixes
  • No cringe Werewolf form

WPS (101%):

  • 45% Whirling Death (main dmg and aoe)
  • 41% Bloodfangs
  • 15% Direwolf Claw from medal

Power:

  1. Easy farms Ascendant.
  2. Kills all uber bosses on Ascendant.
    All except Bobr in <1 min. I use Ugdensalve Oil and Dranghoul elixir + Courageus Tincture and sometimes Aether Cluster, but it is easy possible to kill them all without such small doping.
  3. Very easy SR 30, mostly ok SR 36, possible SR 38+

Equip:

  • Bloodlust set
  • Aurora relic
  • Ascendant`s Portent amulet (or may be any other with +n max res / +1 skills)
  • Mythical Grasp of Unchained Might gloves
  • items for pierce dmg, OA, attack speed.

  • Bonechilling Cry
  • Onslaught Onslaught Onslaught Onslaught Onslaught Onslaught Onslaught
  • Ring Of Steel
  • Space

Awesome Build, especially love it when creators pay attention to class fantasy.

How viable would it be to use 1x Bloodthirsty Pit Master Axe and some slight Devotion / Skill tweaks to lean more into bleed? (still staying Hybrid)

Hey, as a beginner, is it possible to start with this build or is it too complicated?

I’ve seen Reavers with more attention on bleed, but there is a bit different gameplay with Ring Of Steel maximizing and sometimes with Blade Spirit, but you could try to do something new

It should be fun and easy, but not on hardcore

Learn Onslaught and almost all Nightblade`s WPSs and use dual Dermapteran Slicers from lvl 20 and above, you will have a lot of pierce damage and pierce resistance reducers by default from these 2 classes without any complex item-based conversions

Amazing build, pierce and bleed are my favorite damage type, just curious if you have an ascended version for all the item of this build would really want to see how far you can push this build.

Already ascended, but there is no any OP ascends like 100% targeted wps for this build.
