I like your setup the best for HC
Altough i would tweak some things:
Grimtool
1 point Doom Bolt for dispell with Cleansing Waters devo
13/12 Possession 19% dmg absorption breakpoint
8/12 Untamed Rage 29% dmg absorption breakpoint
With Ishtak its 73% in sum, very good, very defensive for HC
Tweaked around components/augments
Runebrand + Fiendflesh Mantle so its easier on other slots with resists and components/augments. Mantle has nice skill bonus and defensive “on Hit trigger” ability.
Mythical Mantle of Blasphemous Rituals is very offensive and has a life degeneration debuff, bit risky for HC. But pure pet builds are very safe and easy to pilot so it really shouldn’t matter that much anyway.
I am thinking about shopping double rare Preserver Rings for my setup. Dont want to farm Bloodsworn Signets. They look very good with the strong Ascendend Bonus for Curse of Frailty.
I have read you are playing legit, no GDstash.
How much ressources have you spent for rerolling? Have you shopped them or found them while farming before rerolling? ( I know i can use altar for easier pet stats )
Sorry I see your post just now.I’m not familiar about the forum.First this build isn’t a HC build 
.IDK how much ressources I used,maybe hundreds of soul fragments?Ashes of awakening are enough for me.I found them while farming using altar.I had some experience for rerolling common rears.Needing a ring with one suitable affixes,and ascending it,if no sutable acended bonus,give it up and farm another ring.And If the bonus is right,rerolling other affixes.
