While we all have seen that PTR is nerfing WPS, I wanted to publish a few of the builds I’ve worked on.
This lightning druid abuses perma (or near perma) arcane will with TDM. I forgot to dump spirit, whoops. Some of these kill times could’ve been better. I think I should’ve also used silvercore bolts, double whoops. Was rushing trying to get a lot of builds done before nerf. Edit: I could’ve had about 3 more points of spirit, I forgot the set requires 1035 physique. triple whoops. Guess this was about as good as it was getting, no sub 10 rav without some luck.

Rip ceno’s nar’s build as collateral. Perma arcane will OP.

I have been informed that Mastodon were not hunted with rifles but with spears.

Ranged version is faster because I can’t run faster. (Guess who forgot the move speed potion modifier)

~3:45 minute SR 30-31
I would’ve saved a good 10-15 seconds at least running the move speed potion modifier and then the ADCTH potion instead of the HP potion. It’s just as consistent and it’s faster but this was literally my first run and I forgot.

Nope, just reduce damage. I have no idea how this will end up with the current state of the PTR.

Swap weapons in grim tools. Should be obvious. I know most people don’t use weapon swap but I’ve shown that it is incredibly powerful for boss fights.

Currently the direction WPS nerfs are going (from my understanding) is that 100% will still be possible with heavily reduced DMG. I think that’s fine, and I still need to get this amulet nerfed. Idk if the TDM potions will be runnable post nerf.

depends on how you view it. Going by celestial kill times, pretty bad. When you take into account everything else also got nerfed really hard, not that bad overall.

I am wondering why this has become so quiet here - is the build dead or still worth doing? Will you update it to 1.3.1 ?

I just got myself a skyfallen Tempestborn spear of ferocity with just 1 reroll, feeling super lucky . is it still worth doing?

12 sec ravager post nerf

Build is fine, carry on.
Discordant Gem is still best necklace. 9% Attack speed, 200% ele, flat, 6% OA is insane.
Upheaval changes feel fine.
Swap nerfs suck. Rip my free 20 RR Dev swarm.

thanks for update. are the magic boots still BIS ? flat lightning damage seems bad, maybe intrepid or stoneplate are more useful now?
