^^^ Working as intended or not? Tried googling/forum search got nothing.
I just unlocked Scorpion Sting on my WH and decided to link it to SS and hovering over the tooltip it showed an 85% proc chance for Scorpion Sting.
I’m leveling as a caster so I have ~14% CDR so DEE only has a 3.3 sec CD so I linked Scorpion Sting to DEE and it has a 100% proc chance…it’s a bit bonkers isn’t it? Linked to SS (2.8 sec CD), the fact it has an 85% proc chance is fucking nuts too…

For Skills with Cooldown the Chance to Proc goes up. The higher the CD the better the Chances will be.

Yes, I know that. So does the fact that Scorpion Sting has it’s own CD increase those chances further? Because on my Conjurer, I have Wendigo’s Mark attached to Sigil of Consumption with near enough the same CD as SS does on my WH and that is a 17% chance to proc. Tbh I just scan read the 0.3 patch notes so I must have missed it if that’s the case.
Eit: Nvm just read the patch notes and it just mentions assigned skill CD as a factor.
The downside is I attached the Imp skill to Fire Strike and while it says it has a 25% chance to proc, it doesn’t proc anywhere near 25% (I can fire 10 shots and it won’t proc). On the other hand, the skill sucks (for ranged, at least) so i don’t miss it that much.
