1011 Video Gladiator 150 Duo-gunner The Marshal

  1. For 6 points, all you get is an additional 3% weapon damage and 19 flat fire damage. I personally don’t think it’s worth it, and I’m not the only one that thinks so. Here’s a build by Drizzto where he intentionally avoids over-maxing Fire Strike: http://www.grimtools.com/calc/mN4EYQ2g

  2. Sure, but in the Crucible, how often are you against only one enemy? Better AoE damage will be useful a majority of the time

  3. This is not even worth mentioning. You only get an additional 0.2 increased radius with the 13th point and an additional 1% chance to confuse enemies.

  4. I didn’t see that, so you make a valid point here.

Regardless, even if you disagree with my initial suggestions, you should give them a try. The worst that could happen is you waste a few hundred iron bits moving a dozen skill points around.

it doesn’t matter how you think it is . The fact is mine cleared the gladiator with two guns without a shield or meteor shower, both of which I could use but avoid to.
Look I RESPECT your opinion, make no misunderstanding about this. but here is something about calculation, like for fire strike, what matter more is not AOE but single target damage, since there are other resources of AOEs. If you overlook that, you will not conclude it in your calculation.

Without wanting to be disrespectful, after watching your video that achievement goes much more with the player skill than with power/quality of the build.
Also having or not having meteor shower on DW pistol build is matter of choice, noting more.

@ABCbarbecue: Always impressed by your builds and skills.

I think these are your hands:

yes I agree with that.

I had a rather fierce debate with my friend today. The point is if fire strike doesn’t take major proportion of your damage, does that actually count as a duo-gunslinger?

I think strictly speaking, if your major damage comes from meteor shower especially assigned to mines (has this been fixed? kinda confused) or burning of cocktail, your duo-guns are nothing more but a decoration。

Pulling triggers of both guns is not a total equivalence to duo-gunslinger BD IMO.

LOL … I didn’t realize my BD requires so much on micromanaging until a lot of people start to tell me they cannot play my build because there are so many keys and it’s fragile to sudden death.
So I get it … very challenging to play my build. they will have soften it first to their comfort zone, which almost always wind up with more stability, and even better output.
In a word, modification outrun my original version :frowning:

here is the pic they use to depict me LOL
