2H Rifle with highest attack speed

I’m looking for a Epic/Legendary weapon with a very high attack speed for my Fire Strike Spam Commando. I’m thinking about a rifle with +25% attack speed or more. Bonus if it has an effect that adds fire damage.

As of now, Empowered Boltspitter is the rifle that I’m using for its attack speed and bolt burst. Any recommendations?
