4,000 + hours and still can't find stormrend

I planned on making a dual wield primal strike build, and when I leveled the character and looked no stormrend.
That was at 3,000 hours played, I am now over 4,000 hours played and still not a single stormrend drop.
Can you please tie item drops to be more prevalent in a certain area or from a certain mobs so I can farm a specific area for things that don’t have any?
I would like to finish the build and test it out before I am dead.

Stormrend has a significantly higher chance to drop from Aetherial monster totems. Good hunting!
