45 days and no communication

It has been 45 days since I was told by a Crate dev that Grim Dawn DLC on console would drop in August.
We mid month of September and still nothing. With no communication and like why do Crate not care about the fans of the game on console.
I hate to be negative about anything but I have checking in on here to see if I get response and I get nothing. Is their a dev that can shed some light on what is going on.
