4K floating tooltips speed with scaling

With my new display i noticed, that speed of floating tooltips depends of UI scale.
With x1 scale tooltip moves synchronously with cursor and located above it at same ditance, while with greater scale it moves much faster, can move away off screen or close cursor visibility.
Here is examle with constructing wall tool
