In the game Factorio there’s the lovely Q key that a player can press when their mouse is hovered over an entity, such as a shelter. This makes it easier to quick select a building (and its orientation) to place another one if we need to without needing to open up the build menu.
Effectively this would work like the “Move building” button in the UI but instead just making a copy in the player “hand”.
