Anyone have any ideas? Most of the Posion DoT builds that i see on the list are mostly “YOU MUST HAVE THIS GEAR FOR THIS BUILD”. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated. I would like it to be pure caster.
A pure caster poison dot build utilizes the Dreeg’s Evil Eye skill line from the occultist class. This build is definitely viable and fits your requirements with the exception of the gearing. A DEE build will struggle in ultimate without proper gearing, the damage just isn’t there.
I see, so pretty much what im askin for “as a newcomer” is just hard to do because of scaling and such? damn, may have to go with a bleed build then, saw a couple of those on here for self found/first timer stuffs haha.

there are some pretty nasty bleed builds that can do with minimal farmed gear for sure. There are even some poison builds that can do with minimal gear. I just think that specifically a pure poison caster has to use DEE and then it almost requires the Dreeg’s set in ultimate.
Also using poison gets very annoying with reflect
I do 125-150k poison ticks and I have never had a problem with reflect. However I also have about 1k health regeneration so…
