but this thing makes robbers and wild animals more aggressive
i don’t see ways how to use (to make gameplay hardest only)

Yes, that relic is to make the game harder if you want to, that’s its only purpose. If you put it into one of your temple relic slots then it will become active and make raiders and predators more aggressive.
