Just a FYI:
Player scaled pets do not trigger Chance on Attack and Chance on Crit procs on items and in masteries. And neither do devotion skills attached to player scaled pets.
That means if 100% of your attacks are through or by player scaled pets, you will never proc the granted skill on CoA. Note that any beneficial Chance on Attack/Crit procs on items and in masteries won’t proc either. This includes Deadly Aim. That is all.
