How do we make Storm Box to reach 3 seconds cooldown? As far as I know, there are no items extending its cooldown. The time exceeding 1.8 seconds seems meaningless.

Would it not function with the extra charge the weapon gives?
3s recharge reduction making both of the 1.8s CD charges pop back up?
I must admit, I’m not wholly familiar with skills with extra charges and how their cooldowns work.
Still kind of niche given that Storm Box is a debuff and so can’t be stacked on the same target (And is kind of awkward to spam on multiple targets for AoE - Especially after you presumably just jumped on the group of enemies with Leap in order to proc the thing), so it’s not as if getting its 2 charges back is particularly meaningful…
