Stun Jack has got a huge attention since 1.1.9. I dont know how good/bad it is right now, but definitely want to try some builds with this skill. Lightning/ Aether/ Cold Quick Jack builds are in my list right now. But in reality, the most trouble is farming Korvaak’s Storm blade (https://www.grimtools.com/db/items/12740). This sword got literally no use before 1.1.9 and maybe no one tried to farm it. But now it is the most important part of Quick Jack build since its the only source of leeching with SJ (well i dont think 7% or 8% weapon dam add to SJ from other mods got useful actually-and 3% ADCTH with Harra set is a whole different build).
The sword has same monster-drop pool with Korvaak’s Burning Blade (https://www.grimtools.com/db/items/12734). As GT information, the best locations to farm these monsters are Sunward Spire (new map) and Tomb of Eldritch Sun. I tried it. 1st hour- i got 0 Storm Blade and 35 Burning Blades (ridiculous). 2nd hour- luckily i got 2 Storm Blades and … more 39 Burning Blades. I assuming there are 2 types of Korvaak fat-monsters that drop those 2 blades, the “red” one and the “blue” one (which holding similar Storm Blade). And for the record, i did use GI to teleport to those locations while farming.
Problem is there are too many “red” enemies but only a few “blue” one, and most of the “blue” one are non-bosses/champions so MI drop rate is sooooo pathetic. Actually i dont know how to fix this problem (maybe have a fix-location bosses that drop this MI BLade?), but since a lot of players dont use GDstash to easily get DR MIs, i think it is a huge problem for players to try new SJ builds. If you have another way to farm these MIs more effective, please tell (and dont tell me about SR 75-76 since 10 waystones give me 0 Storm Blade as well). Tks for your attention

the drop rates are ok, I have plenty of those with dope affiex - there are other MIs that need to be looked into (like ascended casque, shoulder… VERY few monsters drop those, and gargoyle MIs…)
It’s effectively 2% adcth if you go quick jacks, doesn’t mean it’s useless though. Better any leech than no leech at all.
i dont play the game “according to people who have tried it”. thats their problems, not mine. i want to share my own exp while farming those, and if you dont have a solution or advices for me, then you can skip this thread. i dont play “people’s builds” either. “people” you talk about also complained about SJ got no leech at all the whole time, and now when you have it- they said “it is not enough” when i saw no evidences, and not even my own playstyle and my build. lots of players play aggresively and depend too much on leeching to sustain, so they might need more than 4% though. when i’m not. the drop rate is not OK, since you got so few monsters within the map
Edit: and for the record, you might be someone who play this game for a few thousands of hours, play SR for few hundreds times too, that why you got plenty of these MIs idk. with new farmers, play 2 hours (with teleport) to get 2 MIs is NOT OK

1/4 Converted Twing Fangs heal more than a maxed out skill with shotgun capabilities.
you can always have BOTH. i theorycrafted this kind of build too. my old LD Quick Jack build use Twin Fang and its not enough. now with both 4% flat adcth AND Bat, i really think it will be fine. at least for my taste. and since i dont even have an acceptable MI right now, so i can’t tell for sure. this thread is about that matter, not about “is SJ ok with this meta”
quick jacks will make adcth = 2%
I just did tomb of eldrich sun 3 full clears got 4 storm blades. Did not take 2 h 
Maybe doing the bounty Reynar can be a decent strategy? He has way higher drop chance and is quick to run. You can run him without the bounty active too, but I think he does not spawn 100% then. Can check
He has the same chance to drop a blade as the other heroes if I remember right, waiting through the loading screens and rift to farm him per session just didn’t feel worth it. Overall I feel I had better odds finding blades indeed running the tomb up to Kymon.
Ironically, I was looking for Burning-Blades back then and felt I was getting more/better affixed Storm Blade drops.
Yes (15,5%), but can be added to the run. Also the higher infamy the more hero spawns.
I think i figured this out, you need to have “reynar” bounty active, either as not killed him yet or not handed in the bounty. Then he has 100% spawn chance on one of his 3 locations.

Ok tks guys. Maybe i was just so unlucky then. I’ll try Tomb of eldricht sun and Reynar each run then. Well, now i’ve just known that Quick Jack modified affect adcrh too, so maybe 2% is really bad. Need to try it myself.
