About the behaviour of weapon skills assigned to right button

It is frustrating see weapon skills beat air when they are assigned to the right mouse button. It is especially annoying :furious: for the following skills:

Amarasta’s Blade Burst
Cadence
Savagery
Primal Strike
Fire Strike

I would at least understand the ones which are aoe by default such as

Ring of Steel and Calidor’s Tempest.

But honestly who would want to move, beat air (or cast a cooldown skill with no enemies around) and move again in the middle of the combat?

Is it technically hard to make these skills behave exactly like Blade Trap (only activate when clicked on an enemy no matter which button they are assigned to)?
