About the interface

Hail!

First of all, great game! I have more than 1200 hrs playtime and have no patience for the expansion!
BUT the game has its weak sides. I don’t want to talk about the gameplay part, because is too long and complicated, but instead I have some simple and very usefull ideas about the interface:

  1. Make the inventory and the player statistics to look something like this:

Thus will be a lot easier to see our dps when we’re fighting, to keep an eye on the resistances, armor etc. in combat.

It is a lot easier to test different gear on dummy or enemies. Just make the hero stats easier to track in combat.

  1. Also you can make a window in which we can see all the skills in our skill bar and track their actual damage like in PoE:

In this menu you can click on every skill and see exactly how much dmg it does with all the multipliers. In GD this works only for left & right mouse button skills in the 2nd stat window - it is too uncomfortable.

  1. Make the scrollbars bigger! They’re too tiny and nonfunctional.

  2. Make the UI interface good looking, not boring like microsoft application.

  3. Make some neat crafting menus: the blacksmith is awful. Just try to craft mythical relic - it makes you angry and crazy, yet I have 20 of them.

I agree with you, UI can and should really be improved…
Your suggestions seems interesting.

I insist too on crafting , please make it better and more user friendly, and make it easier too choose the components by ordering them by the bonus they give, so that we could show/hide/filter the effect(s) we are looking for the build we want to focus on… Same remark for the powder delivered by the different factions : I d love to be able to quickly know what could provide more aether , fire resistance etc…

been asking about it too. its not really possible. so don’t expect it. would come as a suprise if it is in the xpac somehow.
