Level cap will be increased in B26, probably by 5 levels.

Wanted to thank for making loot easier to find with the bling effect. Great idea to what was previously a bit annoying.

Could this be tied in some way to Light Radius, where more light increases the rate of blinking or the amount/kind of loot stashes that blink?

• Frizzick’s Utility Pack has been redesigned. This belt’s versatile +1 to All Skills was difficult to pass up for many builds and stifled selection in that gear slot.

haven’t tried it yet, but got a feeling my pure summoner just took a HUGE hit

having +1 to all hell hounds skills was the only way to go for a pure summoner

I know the point was to increase belt selection options,
but if I can’t find a belt with increased pet damage then I guess my options are any random belt with +health, +resists

Kinda late reply, but here it goes:

I have (and also have gotten in B24) Belts with 200+ health and 35% Pet Damage. So yes, it does spawn. I actually didn’t have a Frizzik’s on my Summoner before they nerfed it even.

Act 3 Chapter 3 will release with B26 (two updates from now). Act 4 will release some time later, and that (along with one or two more challenge dungeons) will complete the base game.
