If my character has attack damage converted to health 7%, will Targo’s Hammer leach some life since it has 43% weapon damage on it, or it won’t as there’s no adcth on the devotion power itself?
Yes it will but the 7% life steal will be scaled down by the 43% weapon damage as it is less than 100%. So each hammer will only life steal 3% each.
