Add a riftgate list to the world map

Add a riftgate list to the side of the world map (like seem in the Titan Quest map above).
Since GD’s world map is pretty big (and it’s going to get even bigger), what about adding this feature? If “all” riftgates is too much, add at least of each important town/village/HQ.
