I want to turn an Empowered Stormcaller’s Circlet into a basic Stormcaller’s Circlet. I’ve been starting all my characters in Ultimate lately, and low level uniques don’t really show up. Would be nice to get some.
Now that I think of it, downleveling MIs would be useful too.
