Probably selfish request incoming, but would love to see chilling rounds get a passthrough mod added to Ludrigan helm. Besides being helpful to anyone doing the AA side of Ludrigan itself, which is not really in meta times anyway, it’d also provide more equal par building options to the new Evoker Vindi. Right now the best play is to still going storm spread with only upheaval as a secondary WPS, even at modest OA levels. Converted chilling rounds with Ludri helm hit mildly hard, but nothing compared to storm spread on the build, or upheaval is general. It’d also provide a bit more AoE to Evoker that currently waits for storm spread to proc to start clearing trash.
Most importantly, it’s the only aesthetically correct answer.
