they add each other or not or only if their names are different?
Exemple: mythical Markovian’s stratagem and Belgothian’s Mask each have +35% weapon damage. to markovian’s advantage.
what’s the weapon damage?
why belgothian’s shear does so much damage? Is it at to +x% pierce damage?
